We start by taking a bird’s eye view of your health. You’ll complete a set of in-depth intake forms including a Wellness Questionnaire, a Health History, and an Emotional Stress Intake. These tools help us understand not just your current symptoms, but the full story of your well-being—past and present.

The Wellness Questionnaire includes an extensive range of questions that assess symptoms and historical risk factors for 20+ key imbalances—giving us insight into the foundational systems that impact your energy, digestion, hormones, mood, and more.

Together, we’ll review your responses and begin to map out a personalized plan that meets your body where it’s at—using evidence-based strategies and sustainable practices to move you toward long-term healing.

This isn’t about more restriction, more rules, or another to-do list. It’s about:
