Working with Maja: Kundalini Activation

Kundalini Activation is a direct energy transmission that awakens and intensifies your life force energy flow. Unlike traditional practices such as Kundalini yoga or Kundalini breathwork —which require willful effort—this is a completely natural and effortless activation. The energy works intelligently, giving your system exactly what it needs in the moment, whether that is purification, healing, regulation, remembrance, or transformation.

As we move through life, we accumulate emotional and energetic blockages from past traumas, stress, and limiting patterns. These blockages can manifest as physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, anxiety, and disconnection. Through this activation, your energy begins to flow more freely, clearing these blockages and restoring balance to your system.

What to Expect During a Kundalini Activation 1:1 sessions?

Kundalini activation is a unique experience that allows for the natural awakening of Kundalini energy through direct energy transmission. Unlike traditional Kundalini practices that require active effort (such as breathwork, chanting, or yoga postures), kundalini activation works in a passive yet powerful way.

Before the Session:

  • Set an intention and come with an open mind.

  • Wear comfortable clothing as you will be lying down for the session.

  • Bring your yoga mat, a blanket and an eye mask (you will receive an eye mask at the session but if you would rather have your own please bring that). 

  • No prior experience or preparation is necessary to receive a full benefit of this session.

  • Please avoid any alcohol and caffeine 24 prior the session.  

During the Session:

  1. Lying Down in a Relaxed State – You will lie on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, surrendering to the process.

  2. Music is Played – Specific music is used to help facilitate energy movement and deepen your experience.

  3. Facilitator's Touch – The facilitator may lightly press or touch chakra or meridian points on your body, though the activation can happen even without direct physical contact. Please inform Maja if you would not like to be touched during this session. 

  4. Energy Activation Begins – The Kundalini energy is transmitted, typically starting from the crown chakra and working its way down before eventually awakening energy at the root.

  5. Spontaneous Reactions – Each person’s experience varies, but some common responses include:

    • Physical Movements – Involuntary movements such as shaking, stretching, or even spontaneous yoga-like postures (kriyas) may occur.

    • Emotional Releases – Some people may cry, laugh, or feel waves of emotion as energy clears blockages.

    • Inner Visions & Insights – You might experience deep realizations, visuals, or heightened clarity.

    • Bliss & Oneness – Many report feelings of peace, love, and interconnectedness with everything.

    • Sleep - You might fall asleep but will still remain in theta state and receive a full benefit of the session.   

After the Session:

  • You may feel deeply relaxed, energized, or even emotional as the energy continues to integrate. On the other hand you might feel like you need extra sleep or rest after the session. We encourage extra hydration on that day. 

  • Over time, repeated exposure to KAP can lead to:

    • Increased intuition and self-awareness

    • Shifts in perception of reality

    • Greater clarity and life purpose

    • A more open heart and emotional depth

    • Heightened states of consciousness

Every KAP session is unique—you might experience subtle shifts or profound transformations. The real magic often unfolds in the days and weeks following the session, influencing your emotions, thoughts, and life decisions.
